• Getting started with coupons: how coupons work, types of coupons, where to find them & proper use.

• Time-saving coupon organizational methods

• Maximizing savings with strategic shopping (understanding store sale cycles, stacking, rolling etc.)

• Grocery store policies & tips

• The importance of a stockpile & how to meal plan
